Laughing Man Bugged

This is the bugged version of my resized hexed PHX disk which has the Laughing Man Animated symbol (which I made as a texture file) on it, which should be transparent but doesn't work correctly (see [link] for details).

The citizen model is just there as a body.

(And yes I do know I could just paste it on in Paint but whats the fun in that ^^)
